ACES Foodcraft is the family restaurant of chef Alex Craciun and specialist greengrocer Aleksandra Jazevica, named after our son, Ace.
Alex brings Japanese precision and international experience to the kitchen. Aleksandra brings her knowledge of seasonal produce and a shared love of generous hospitality.
Together, we created a place in Fitzrovia where exceptional ingredients, creativity and a warm welcome come naturally.

Alex Craciun — Chef & Co-founder
Formerly head chef at London’s Sosharu, Alex draws on experience in Japan and beyond to create seasonal dishes with bold flavours, precision and a playful spirit.
Aleksandra Jazevica — Co-founder & Specialist Greengrocer
Aleksandra’s knowledge of produce shapes what reaches the kitchen. Her passion for exceptional ingredients and warm hospitality is at the heart of ACES.
